Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/message whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- Sale items are exchange only.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
- For items over £40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
