Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/message whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale items are exchange only.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
  • For items over £40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
